WHAT WE HAVE DONE SO FAR:

• Sealed the roof of building 4 & 1

• rebuild the frames of and install 8 new screen doors

• Started caulking and foam spraying the CMT blocks that are cracking

• Repaired the screens in building 4 & 1

• replaced the fire extinguishers

• replaced the broken / missing louvers in building 4

• Organized building 4

• Organized and cleaned out the workshop

• Inventoried the entire camp

• Inventoried all paints

• Sorted out what needs to be thrown away

• Cut path to the look out

• Figured out how the water intake system works

• New signs for each building

• Paint over graffiti

• Start landscaping

• Clean out trash

• Build Vision Board

• Add Marin plywood under eves to prevent mosquitos from getting in,

• Start repair on ceiling in building 1

• Prep building 1 for mural

• Caulk outside front of buildings 1-4

• Fix Pothole on road to camp

• Install a safe for keys

• Built tool holders for the workshop

• Installed motion detectors

• Painted Murals

• Replaced so many doors

• Cleaned out so many rooms
